It may or may not be fixable with a driver update, but if it were, Dolphin has no way to complain to AMD and make them fix it.

Also, D3D11 and OpenGL are generally more accurate than D3D9, but in some cases won't be.

OS: Windows 10 64 bit Professional
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5900X
RAM: 16GB
GPU: Radeon Vega 56
