Four questions, does the 7xxx series perform great on D3D9 backend? And the only difference between D3D9 and D3D11 is that D3D11 is a bit more accurate?
Can the D3D11 issue be fixed with a driver update?

Also, how is 7xxx series performing on OpenGL?
