People aren't responding to your question because it is not completely clear what you exactly mean or want, but I think you are asking about 2 peripherals.
Which controller has more buttons... just look up a picture of both controllers on Google and count them, or look it up in the documentation.
As far as I can see the Wii Zapper/Blaster has a D-pad, A+B, Plus+Minus and 1+2 on the barrel of the gun and at the handle of the gun an Analog Stick without click, C+Z. (8 buttons, a D-pad and an Analog stick)
The PS3 Sharp Shooter, has the same amount of buttons as a Playstation 3 DS3 controller minus 1 analog stick so that would be: X+O+Square+Triangle, L1+L2+L3, R1+R2+R3, D-Pad, Start+Select and an analog stick (11 buttons + a D-pad and an Analog Stick)
