But what the change in resolution is, is just changing the Internal Resolution of what the game is rendered at. 1x being the lowest possible in Dolphin and the fastest, 1x IR means the original game resolution.
I meant to change the resolution in which entire android apps will be displayed on the tablet. I don't know if rooting of device is neccessary, in system settings of android (Lollipop) there is no option to change the screen resolution. The screen in Nvidia Tablet is displayed in 1920x1200 resolution.
