Intel Core i5 3550 4x 3.30GHz So.1155 BOX
2048MB Asus GeForce GTX 670 DirectCU II Aktiv PCIe 3.0 x16 (Retail)

Well, if I were you, I would buy the Core i5-3570k - You can easily overlock this CPU Wink

And with this beast (overlockes to 4.2GHz), you're able to play nearly all games very well.

Looks good so far.
As mentioned before, definitely look into getting a 3570K and spend some cash on a custom CPU cooler so you can overclock that thing to 4.4GHz or so.
Xenoblade, Metroid and SMG will all run at fullspeed.

Change the processor to a 3570K + Noctua NH-D14
Bump the Ram to 1600MHz to have excellent side by side compatibilty with the 3570k. Also teamgroup doesn't sound all that reliable, go Corsair/Kingston and go for the 1.5v DIMM's
