Question
Im new here so if make a mistake please forgive me.....
anyway I want to run NFS Underground but as soon as I get to the first race the FPS drops below 10. I tried Playing Dragon Ball Z Budokai and it ran fine in the menu at 60 FPS but when I got to a match to fight it dropped down to 13-15 FPS. Can anyone provide some helpful support if my PC is strong enough to run these games on dolphin?

PC Specs:

Graphics- AMD Radeon HD 6300 series
Processor- AMD E-450 APU w/ Radeon 1.65 GHz
Memory- 4 GB RAM
OS: Windows 7 x64

Dolphin Version:
4.0.2 x86 (stable version)
