Is my Pc really to bad? Details inside

Hey Guys.
First of all - I got the german Dolphin version,the newest one of the Downloadbase from this Site.

Well,I bought a new Pc and the Games are running GREAT when I turn off the function "Use Copy".
When I turn it on,which is neccesarry for some Games ( Mario Kart WII Blackbox Bug ) the Games are lagging really hard.

Can anyone help me?

I would be REALLY REALLY thankfull if anyone could help me out.
Because I'm planning to buy WII Controllers already

PS: Godly Emulator,didnt thought any Emulator would work that great like Dolphin does
