Hi I'm kinda new to the whole dolphin thing and I just wanted to know is my computer powerful enough for dolphin. I have a AMD Athlon II X2 250 that runs at 3.00 GHz, graphic card is a ATI Radeon 4200 HD and I have 6.00GB of ram running on windows 7.

Also, how demanding dolphin is really depends on what specific games you want to play. However, the answer to them all will probably be no.
OS: Windows 10 64 bit Professional
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5900X
RAM: 16GB
GPU: Radeon Vega 56

It should be able to run Animal Crossing mostly fine, I think.

So I wouldn't be able to play the wind waker or twilight princess?

Wind Waker should run decently, with occasional-to-frequent slowdowns on the fastest settings. Twilight Princess'll be painfully slow no matter what, especially on Hyrule Field.

It's not even a "card" of the term "graphic card" , just an onboard GPU ( a small chip which is soldered on the mobo)
