By about 5% (with a lot of luck), and it ruins the stability with no way to fix it, no matter what you set the voltage to or how you cool it.

OS: Windows 10 64 bit Professional
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5900X
RAM: 16GB
GPU: Radeon Vega 56
