So basically, last year, I tried running the game with Dolphin and you won't believe how badly it lagged :/
I was getting like 10-12 fps. This may I got an upgrade and here's the specs (the only upgrade is the GPU)
Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo E7500 2.93Ghz
GPU: Nvidia GT 610 (I know, bad idea but a good upgrade from my old integrated graphics)
RAM: 2GB with 800 Mhz bus speed
Motherboard: Intel DG41RQ

Upgrading GPU wont increase game speed generally (dolphin relies on cpu), Twilight Princess is one of the most demanding games and that cpu definitely wont run it. You need an overclocked i5 4670k/i7 4770k to run full speed and even that wont run full speed in certain parts of it.

Then will it be able to run Wind Waker or Skyward Sword? If not can you suggest some games that WILL work with
decent framerates? (By decent framerates I mean around 15-30fps)

Better tell us which games you'd like to play. And we'll tell you if it's OK

Core 2 duo CPUs aren't that bad (especially if overclocked). Demanding or very demanding games will give him trouble though

I recently tried Wind Waker and only got 15-32 fps during gameplay, no lag on main menu, but it's very laggy, any settings I can try, to increase the fps?
