The stars don't relate to speed. 4* means it is playable on a powerful system, with minor bugs. 5* means it is playable on a powerful system with no gameplay damaging bugs. You may occasionally see black textures etc, though.
OS: Windows 10 64 bit Professional
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5900X
RAM: 16GB
GPU: Radeon Vega 56

MGS/Soul Calibur II/F-Zero are demanding games. 3.5-3.8 GHz are needed
Zelda WW is less demanding but needs EFB to RAM. Will work fine around 3.3 GHz.
For SSBM 2.8 GHz should be enough.
(Depends if you're using LLE or not)
