If your speed is low stutterings will happen

k so im back, because i really want this thing to work... heres an update
Think my Deskttop is 1 year old, Its a Acer Aspire x3950 with a GeForce 315 card ( latest update).. i was running Luigi's Mansion lowest as possible and my card kept recovering itself as soon as i started the poltergeist vaccuum cleaner..said something about ''kernel mode driver'' Is my GPU not strong enough? If not which Card would be best for my system (Price doesn't really matter) if it gets to expensive ill get a Alienware x51 desktop, just to get my dolphins to work! this is kind of weird, i unchecked dual core and it seems to be working now.. ill also test with dual core on now and see what it does
Quote:if it gets to expensive ill get a Alienware x51 desktopBrand name != Performance If you come here often , you will know i5 3570k @ 4.2GHz + Z77 mobo is the best setup for Dolphin Even the fastest i7 not stand a chance against i5 3570k if you don't overclock i7 Overclocking is recommended to use LLE in most games OEM PCs such as dell , acer , asus , hp , Alienware , lenovo... are just crap and horribly overpriced . All of them are not suit for Dolphin . Build your own PC ! Btw i3/i5/i7 first gen are outdated Quote:my Deskttop is 1 year oldYour first gen i3 was released 3 years ago... Check Launch Date Quote:downloaded LLEis prohibited in this forum . You should read the rule Quote:If not which Card would be best for my systemDepending on your PSU (power supply) . Most OEM PSU only provide enough power for a whole system .By adding mid-high end GPU , your system maybe become unstable (PSU does not provide enough power any more) . As a result , you might destroy your system slowly Laptop: Mini PC :: 02-06-2013, 04:13 AM
I do not have a clue how 2 build my own PC, seems my dolphin start working normally (not on full settings) but it works.
Im that noobish that i do not even know what your talking about on the first and last quote lol! 02-06-2013, 04:51 AM
Quote:I do not have a clue how 2 build my own PCWatch tutorial videos on youtube I could give you some hints about PC components : (newegg.com) Case : NZXT Source 210 white CPU : i5 3570k Mobo : Asrock Z77 Extreme 3 GPU : EVGA GTX 650 PSU : Antec 550W (Read the mobo manual to plug the cable correctly) Ram : 8GB (2 sticks x4GB) Gskill RipJaw 1600MHz Cooler : Cooler Master Hyoer 212 (Search "how to install Cooler Master ..." via youtube) Thermal compound : Arctic MX-4 (Search "how to apply thermal compound" via youtube ) Hard Drive : Western Union Green drive 7200rpm 1TB This PC cost 700$ for all components but if this PC was OEM product , i could sell it to customer like you for 1000-1200$ at the store . Build your own PC , you will save 300$ and even more Quote:last quoteI'm talking about graphic card (GPU) and your power supply(PSU) . If your PSU not provide enough power for a new GPU which you will buy , your PC will not last for long Laptop: Mini PC :: 02-06-2013, 05:16 AM
