That was the keyword Tongue Can you post your Dolphin settings pls? Yeah, I told you to use the settings for best speed, but maybe you didn't follow my advice.

Just found out that my NVIDIA keeps fixing itself, so i just ran a clean installation on my Driver

Graphics

General

Screen Resolution: 1920x1080 - Force 16:9 (because i want to play Fullscreen) - Auto Full Screen checked

Enhancements

Internal Resolution: 1.5x Native (960x792)
Anti aliasing: None
Anisotropic Filtering: 1x

Scaled EFB Checked

Hacks

Embedded Frame Buffer: Skip EFB Access from CPU checked - Ignore Format Changes checked
EFB Copies: Texture
Texture Cache: Fast
External Frame Buffer (Disable) checked

Other All unchecked

Audio

DSP HLE emulation (Fast) checked
Audio Backend: XAudio2
Sample Rate: 32000 Hz
Volume 100%

You should use LLE for this game. This would solve sound issues and prevent other issues such as these annoying black screens. Your CPU might not be powerful enough to handle it though

Seems im missing something for LLE in the dolphin emulator and it tells me i can boot roms with HLE

Yeah, you need two special files. Take a look at the DSP-LLE guide (link in my signature)
