Your system is a little bit on the weak side as far as your processor speed goes. You should be able to get decent speeds in some games, though. The best thing to do is to test and see what you get.
Asus Laptop: K53TA
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium, 64-Bit - SP1
CPU: AMD Llano A6-3400M, Quad-Core, 1.4GHz-2.6GHz (Overclocked)
GPU: AMD Radeon HD6650M, 1GB GDDR3 (Catalyst 13.1)
RAM: Samsung 4GB DDR3-1333

No, your cpu is insufficient, though some games may cope.

his cpu WILL be fine for at least 50% of the games he plays. his specs are good.
if i ask you will my pc be sufficient for dolphin i'm sure you'd say no. but i can play almost all my games above 75% speed minimum. all you need is tweaking
AMD Athlon 64 X2 4600+ 2.40GHz
3GB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce 8600GTS
AsRock NF6P-VSTA mobo
Windows 7 Ultimate x86
Dolphin on YouTube

well i consider "good enough" as 100% fps in most (>50%) games... but if you're/he's happy with 75% then yes it's attainable, i would know since it was my last cpu before my current one.

Well I have a AMD Athlon 5200+ @ 3.06 GHz and I can run almost all the games at full speed Smile, I'm going for the Phenom X4 945 or something like that...
New computer, I'm back!
