My PC:

Win7 64 bit
intel E8200 - DualCore 2,66GHz
nVidia GTS250
3,5 DDR2 RAM

I guess my GPU and CPU is too weak for a decent FPS. But im not sure.

fyi, I wanted to play Monster Hunter Tri on Dolphin, but I cant see anywhere that this is compatible. Still, there are a lot of Videos on youtube about MH tri with a really nice FPS and graphic on Dolphin.

Thanks for your answers

PC gaming and emulation are different
PC gaming is GPU (video card) intensive while emulation is CPU intensive
Buy aftermarket cooler then overclock it to 3.4Ghz
Edit : Get aftermarket thermal compound as well

25~30 FPS
Pal : 25 or 50FPS max
NTSC : 30 or 60FPS max
Some games are locked at 25/30 FPS

If you want to buy new CPU :
Low budget : Pentium Sandy Bridge G860 @ 3.0Ghz + Z68 motherboard (It's equivalent to heavy overclocked Core 2 duo @ 3.8Ghz,you can upgrade to Ivy Bridge i5 i7 later)
Mid : i3 2120 @3.3Ghz + Z68 mobo
High : i5 2500k + Z68 mobo , overclock that beast to 4.5Ghz for The Last Story , Mario Galaxy + LLE backend ....
i7 is pretty much the same performance btw
