Specs are:

CPU: AMD Athlon 245 II X2

GPU's: 2x AMD Radeon 6850 HD Crossfire edition

RAM: 2x 4GB HyperX DDR3

I just want to be able to play games like brawl. Also if anybody could help me with optimizing settings for it to work smoothly i'd up for it!

Your CPU is pretty slow for most games . You may have a chance with light weight games like brawl if you overclock....But still , full speed is impossible
Laptop:
Clevo W230SS : 3200x1800 IPS | i7 4700MQ @ 3.6GHz (Intel XTU + Triple fan mod) | GTX 860M GDDR5 | 128GB Toshiba CFD SSD | 16GB DDR3L 1600MHz
Aspire 715 43G : 1080p 144Hz |  R5 5625U @ 4.3GHz | Nvidia RTX 3050 4GB | 500GB WD SSD  | 16GB DDR4 3200MHz

Any settings I should definitively adjust? I am already looking for another cpu but funds are scarce for me.

Also its overclocked from stock 2.8ghz to 3.2GHZ trough Turbo UCC.

Don't know if it works for Brawl or not but you can try Vbeam speed hack (Right click the game -> Properties - Tick VBeam SH) . Other than that there is nothing you can do . Brawl doesn't need any special settings to run properly
Btw , your GPU is good enough for 3x or even 4x IR (Internal Resolution) , no AA , 16x AF .

So if i'd put it on 3x IR and 16x AF it wouldn't affect FPS at all?

I'm sorry if this question might seem newfaggish but i'm still learning this stuff and all.

Yep . But I think you should upgrade your CPU . If you live near a microcenter store , you can get this crazy deal
Pentium G3258 + MSI Z97 mobo for only 99$
http://www.microcenter.com/site/brands/G3258Bundle.aspx
You can reuse your RAM since it's DDR3
Pentium G3258 , i5 4690k , i7 4790k is the three king for Dolphin atm

Too bad i'm dutch Sad. But i'll definitively look into the G3258 processors. Do you know if they are any good for normal gaming too?

Here's an extensive thread where many games were tested with the G3258.
http://www.overclock.net/t/1500524/intel...ers-thread

In summary, it does pretty well in most games; however, some of the more CPU dependent and multithreaded games do not perform so well.

Even in modern games, it beats an Athlon x4 750k, which is faster than your Athlon, so it would give you a performance boost for potentially a cheap price.

To be more future-proof in general gaming, I would recommend a 4-core i5 processor. Ironically, this may perform a bit worse in Dolphin if it's clockspeed does not get as high as the G3258 (but it should be enough).
