My father bought this computer some time ago in 2009, it's the best computer I ever had, I actually play all games I want to play.

I can run them with mostly everything High/Very High including 4X AA and 16X Ansitriopic(?).

Anyway, I'm wondering if this PC will be enough to emulate Super Smash Bros Melee / Brawl with playability.

Specs;

Proc: AMD Athlon 64 x 2 6000+ (3.11 Ghz)
VGA: NVIDIA GT240 DDR3 (25 GB/s Bandwidth)
Motherboard: MSI MCP6P-M2+
Memory: 3GB DDR2 667 Mhz
HDD: 500 GB 7200 RPM
Monitor: 17' 1248x1024 (60 Hz)
Intel Core i5-3570k @ 4.0 Ghz, Sapphire Radeon HD 6670 GDDR3, 8 GB Corsair Vengeance 1600 Mhz 1.5v, P8Z77-V LK, 500W Cooler master Certified[/size]

No. Your cpu is far to old.

I agree.

If you can afford: Get a whole new PC (with Intel CPU)

It's lovely to me Heart

New computers are expensive, terrible... Should I get an AMD Phenom x4 9650 ?.

Edit:

I get 45 FPS in Super Smash Bros Brawl (PAL Version) only in 2 player mode, 3 player mode is 35 fps and sometimes less.

In Super Smash Bros Melee I'm getting 30~40 fps in 2 player mode (NTSC Version).

No. That wouldn't improve your performance at all.

You need something a lot better than that.

Where on earth are you finding these 4-5 year old cpus?

It's weak. Some games might work though. Which games are you planning to play?

We recommend that you don't use this emulator with that PC unless you like to play games at half the speed they were intended to be played at.
