Your CPU is too old and slow , you should upgrade to Phenom 965 3.4GHz which is the minimum requirement for AMD
Or buy new mobo (Z68,Z77,Z79) + either Pentium G850 or i3 2100 or i5 2500k

Your graphic card is acceptable for about 2x Internal Resolution/720p, but your gonna need to spend $200-300 if you want a tremendous performance boost (100% speed ). Admin's suggestions for a new Motherboard with either a Sandy Bridge i3, or (preferably) an i5, are your best bet. If you can afford to upgrade you'll be shocked and delighted with the results you get, and will certainly not regret it. If you have any more questions feel at ease to ask Shy
