hello,
I need your professional expertise, please !

I read that my CPU is moderate/fast for the Dolphin Emulator.
Is it right?
Because I have to know it before I will buy a new graphic card
for my PC.
I want to buy this graphic card: Radeon HD 4890, if it's possible for my motherboard ?!
Besides I want to play in 720p

And what is about my RAM ??? Enough or bad quality ???

Operating System: Windows 7 Ultimate 32 -Bit
CPU: DualCore Intel Core 2 Duo E6600, 2400 MHz
RAM: 2x 1 GB DDR2-667 DDR2 SDRAM
Graphic chip onboard: Intel Q965/Q963 Express Chipset Family (384 MB) with Intel GMA 3000 ---> Yes, I know, I need a new one
Motherbord name: Hewlett-Packard HP Compaq dc5700 Small Form Factor
Monitor: LG E2441 with 60hz, 1080p

...if you overclock 3.2-3.4Ghz . Overclocking is impossible since your mobo is HP OEM product
2.4GHz Core 2 duo is slow for most games

Not important , just focus on CPU and GPU upgrading

Good decision
Btw , I doubt that Small Form Factor PSU (power supply) could handle ATI 4870
