is my config enough?

Hi everyone!
yesterday i bought this notebook hp dv6 3129-el. The config of the notebook is:
intel pentium 6100 2.0ghz (2 core)
4 gb ram
ati radeon 5650
500gb hdd
i tried tu run zelda wind waker but the speed goes at about 25 fps what can i do to obtain the full speed? isn't my notebook enough? sorry for my bad english XD i'm from italy

Also,its rumored that the new nintendo console (comes in 2012) will feature HD and Backwards compatibility with current Wii titles....
I guess there'd be no need for expensive hardware to play Wii in HD...
