For a similar price point Intel performance is way better in Dolphin, even if many games run well on an AMD cpu nowdays due to emulation speedups, as long as the statement mentioned before stands i don't see a reason to suggest anything else but Intel here. Yes you can run many games fine with an AMD cpu in dolphin but you can run even more better without having to spend way more money going Intel. Especially if you are using a laptop where AMD can't compensate for their poor performance with more wattage like they do with desktop, that combo is the worst you can have in dolphin.
