Interesting that when I start Dolphin 3.5.144 and start any game as window mode with windows task opened that I see 3 cpu is under usage without LLE. After closing the game window or stop emulating and start again now It is using 2 cores. Everytime this is happening. It is always using 3 cores at first emulation starting. I noticed it when making Oc to my cores seperately. I never use LLE because of the performance impact.
