I have been looking around for a while and have tried out the different applications around, like WJoy and the "WiiUProController OS X" utility running around. WJoy doesn't work at all, but the WJoy-Foohid version lets me connect, however it will only connect for a second and then disconnect right away. (I have tried to disable system integrity protection SIP and no difference)

The other utility allows me to connects and appears to be working, however I'm unable to get it to communicate properly with Dolphin. :|

Has anyone run into this or found a way around it?

Thanks!

The only app I've been able to get that controller to work with is Open Emu. I remember reading something in their notes about what they did to get it to pair with MacOS, but I don't think it was a step by step thing. My controller connects seemlessly anytime I want to use OpenEmu, but it still doesn't do Gamecube or Wii, so I'm in the same boat as you. I want to get the controller working with Dolphin.
