Is it possible to map the screenshot hotkey to a Wiimote button?

Only I posted that I'm using a real Wiimote+. And I want to play on the couch.

I ended up moving my PC into my living room, so I can reach the keyboard.
Wouldn't running a video capture program heavily influence performance of Dolphin?
