Is it possible to lock vps? I've been playing naruto special with friend and I wanted to since I could get 4 player running 60fps but the game runs at 200%. Then one character dies it goes back to normal. Is it possible to lock the VPS so I can increase the frame limit in the options thanks!

Yes. Turn off audio throttle amd v-sync. Turn off "use fps for limiting" and set the framelimit to 60. If "use fps for limiting" is not checked then vps is used instead of fps.

I'll give it a try when I get home. Would it be possible to have fps set to 120 and use v-sync? Basically in Naruto games the framerate is capped by half then a character dies then it will go to 60. but because of v-sync it wont go passed 60. But during the 30fps, VPS is going at 200% speed. Which is the part i can't figure out. Thanks for the response! Smile

Just cap the vps at 60 (which is fullspeed for all NTSC games). V-sync limits your framerate to whatever your refresh rate is. So if you're using a standard 60hz monitor you won't be able to get more than 60 fps with v-sync on.

If there anyway to have manual control over vps? When I used your method the vps was still running at like 200%

*facepalm*

I just told you how to manually control vps twice.

So if you wanted to use 30 instead just set it to 30 instead of 60. Or set it to auto.

Is there a way to get FPS in between 65-70? Like a 68 or 67 for example? Or is it only in 5s?

Well obviously it's possible to run @ 68 or 67 fps. But it's not possible to cap @ those numbers. Then again, why would you want to xD
