Is it possible to increase FPS by decreasing Graphics' quality 'cause in some games I have slow downs like Sonic Colors. I don't mean totally make a layer or effect disable, I mean just decreasing the quality a little bit.

Changing the EFB Scale to 1x can speed things up if it is your GPU that is slow and not your PC's CPU.

Like skid said. Only if your gpu is not fast enough to handle your current settings. EFB scale, pixel lighting, pixel depth, and anti-aliasing all heavily impact gpu load.

guage your gpu and vram load.

tbh, alot of bottlenecks might occur with higher detail settings, but the gpu is not even saturated.

Of course it will, the more eye candy you turn of the faster it goes. But that´s not the case for all games and Dolphin, since there is other factors that could play a vital role in speed. Hyrule Field in TP is an perfect example of that. But then again with good hardware there is no reason to cut the eye candy.
