Hi all, I'm just wondering if it's possible to calibrate wiimotes to suit larger tv screens at all. I've started dabbling with shooting games, and quickly realised that the crosshair moves along the screen faster than I'm moving it. I can point at the centre of the sensor bar and the crosshair is centred, but as I move from side to side, it gets more and more inaccurate the farther I go, as if the wii was only developed with smaller screens in mind. Widening the sensor bar would help, but is there a way of just doing it in software instead? Maybe edit a line or two in a config file, or maybe a slider be added in a future release?

Here's a video showing what I mean. Excuse it being jerky, I'd been playing with IR sensitivity at the time. But you can see where the wiimote is pointing by looking at the wiimote at the bottom, but the crosshair on screen is moving too far from side to side.

Well, what you are experiencing is proper emulation. Nintendo basically calibrated it themselves and locked everything in place. The IR LEDs are a fixed distance apart, the speed it travels based on those LEDs cannot be changed, etc.

The Wii Remotes themselves control it, as they pick up the sensor bar, so I don't really see how Dolphin could change this with real Wii Remotes...
