I am having trouble setting up Wii networking on the new version of Dolphin on OSX. I can't run extract_certs.exe in wine, and I'm having trouble running extract_certs.cpp natively. Is it legal to just send over the extracted certificates from person to person? If it is, could someone send me them? Thanks

I doubt that it's legal. Either way, the issue with running a cpp file is that it isn't executable, it's source code. You'll need to compile it first.

Yes, I know you have to compile the c file, but that's the issue I'm having. I don't really want to have to reinstall xcode to compile it (I have a really outdated version, and it doesn't support updating the command line tools), and I'm having other problems too with certain command line issues. Thanks anyway, that's what I thought would be the case. 09-30-2013, 06:34 AM
You could try booting a linux live dvd and run the tool from there. Compiling the thing should be simple enough to get done even without mastering linux completely.
