hey there i was just wondering, if it's illegal to download the Wii and GameCube saves, and if not could somebody tell me where i can find a NTSC-U Nightfire save please?

No, saves aren't copyrighted, at most they are property from the person that made them (saved them).

Use the MC Manager (in Tools) and import your files
