i want to play xenoblade with this specs can i play it?

Your cpu is slow its not enough really for xenoblade.
You can play it,but it will not run nicely.
Best settings are default settings which come with emulator,since they are fastest.
Game has some problems with sound,which can be fixed by disabling idle skipping and enabling vbeam,but you are better off using dolphin from this thread

Athlon is just too old . Overclocking will help you get better framerate but it's still not good enough for Xenoblade
