Is full screen broken in new revisions?

Hi. Just want to ask, is full screen broken in new revisions? When I use it it looks like broken graphics and there is no way to play. So.. is that normal? Do it happends to you?

I use ATI (HD4870)
Q9550 @ 3.85 GHZ.

Yes, it's broken with directx plugin.

My settings are:
Windows 7 x64 Ultimate
Gigabyte x48-DS4 Motherboard
4gb DDR2 Ram at 1066
Intel Quad Q9550 @ 3.85
ATI HD4870 1gb

I have problems with directx and full screen too, get error message, but using the fullscreen button seems to work, on some game not even that works. But Zelda TP I know that works in fullscreen using both plugins with the fullscreen button, but if you drag to make the window bigger, its a crash, or have fullscreen checked in the config menu. Last game I tried yesterday was "New Super Mario Bros" it was the same as Zelda TP.

Does New Super Mario Bros work on Dolphin ? I heard that it doesn't work
