You OC the shit out of that cpu, use LLE jit dynarec, and pray to the gods that it becomes faster in future revisions. Their is a patch floating around in the code patches section of the forum that fixes garbage noises in LLE, and according to the users it works: http://forums.dolphin-emu.org/showthread.php?tid=12950&page=14

Scroll down and you'll find links to precompiled builds with the patch.

Update: : I just overclocked my CPU to 3.66 GHZ and speed has increased a good 10-15% and I've gained 3-5 FPS. Things are looking up!
