Is Dolphin banned for Wiimmfi servers??

Well... 23915 all the same.

There's 2 of those nwc24msg.cfg files.
One in the Users folder, and an other in the Sys folder.
Which one should I modify? both? maybe?

And since I removed all my dolphin files, and reinstalled it, should I dump something from my wii? (which is also banned, This server is really weird)

EDIT:
And for some reason, Now Dolphin crashes right after Wimmfi wfc starts loading. This is great.
