it runned at 60 fps. it just go down to 50 sometimes. with direct3d12 it was stable 60.
I am using the ntsc version.
update: disabling the v-sync increased the disturtion in the sound and it felt like it dropped to like 45 fps although it was stable 60 fps according to the fps the emulator showed (weired it didn't go higher).
so i guess i will stay with v-sync

It's too bad that V-Sync causes problems in some games, because I hate screen tearing and enable V-Sync whenever possible to get rid of it.

Try virtual XFB (or real XFB, but that has its disadvantages). I recall it helping with uncapped framerates like the one Xenoblade Chronicles has when loading.
