Intel is better, but you will probably need to buy a new mainboard as well to support new cpu...

Choose Intel but both are not the best deal (for Dolphin)

If you want good results, I would save up more. $60 isn't going to get you much of anything... a Trinity A6 APU is about $75, and that is about the cheapest processor that's even worth anybody's while if they want a smooth computing experience, even if they aren't going to do anything demanding (though I do have a friend who manages to run Planetside 2 and Bioshock Infinite on that processor).

Intel G2020 is Dual Core Ivy Bridge CPU which is faster than my CPU in Dolphin as long as you pair it with a decent GPU (sth like GT 640 / GTX 650 or AMD 6670 GDDR5 / 7750
Base on Dolphin Zelda WW benchmark , this CPU knock down the fastest AMD trinity A10 5800k (3.8-4.2GHz)
That Llano performs not even close to A10 5800k .

AMD Liano II X4 631 (quad core 2,6 ghz)

is it a typo or is this an APU with the GPU disabled?

It's likely not a typo. And yes it is a llano cpu with the IGP disabled.
