i bought a new labtop with the following specs
I5 2450M
Nvidia GeForce 520MX
4G Ram
are my specs enough for dolphin?
and if so what are the best settings
im using dolphin 3.0

Your GPU will bottleneck the CPU if you run any higher than 480p
