my pc is more than capable then running dolphin but every thing i do reselts in lag dropped fps.. Punch Out for wii drops frames when punching and other issues like that.. I would love if anyone can help me look at my settings via team viewer

Make sure you are using the jit (config, advanced)
Make sure you are on HLE, or at least not lle interpreter (config, audio)
Make sure you aren't using an absurd amount of AA (graphics, enhancements)

... and that you´re not using Exclusive Ubershaders. That alone is insanity.
