Wind waker and ssbb need very low sys-requirement ....
And what's the point of Dolphin if you can't run game at 720p/1080p or even more than 1080p

Not really. Intel core i3 cpus are much cheaper than phenom II and perform much better with dolphin. I5 cpus cost slightly more than phenom II X6 cpus and perform wwwwaaaayyyy better.
Do yourself a favor and save up for a good intel system.
then I'm going to save money for a MB with LGA 1155 and overclock tools, a good cooler and the i5

2500k it is then, and does it worth to upgrade my GPU for dolphin maybe to a GTX 560? or an ATi GPU?
