Question
Mostly in Super Mario Sunshine, and maybe Brawl? Basically, multiplayer Wii and GC games and Sunshine.
My CPU is i5-4590 and i have 8GB of RAM. SSD, if it matters.

What mbc07 said. If the 750 Ti can push 4k easily, then I think the 1030 should do just fine.

...Though that comes with the caveat that that is without ubershaders, as that would NEVER be enough for full or hybrid ubershaders at 4k.
