Those temps are too high. Back down to 4.25GHz at 1.25v.
"Optimal settings" are based on personal preferences. Therefore it's a bit of a misnomer. The closest thing to what you're looking for that does exist is the wiki. Which lists various issues caused by certain settings in certain games. Just click the link in the toolbar at the top of this forum that says wiki and search for whatever game you want.
