IR Sensor Bar Setup

I bought a Duracell IR Wireless Senor bar the other day from Amazon. I've successfully been able to pair my wiimotes via bluetooth, however when I need to use the sensor bar and move the wii cursor....nothing happens...it doesn't move.

http://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B007RYG8RQ/ref=oh_details_o01_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I've researching the problem but I haven't been able to find a solution. I've read briefly that it should work wirelessly without having to install. Not sure how true that is.

What method can I use to get my wii cursor to move with a real wiimote? Is there a setup process?

Thanks

No there is no setup process needed as it is just infrared light. Test to see if its faulty by pointing a phone camera at it and you should see light coming off it like this
