IR sensitivity when using keyboard

Hello, i have mapped the IR cursor to the arrow keys using the relative input but in game the cursor moves too fast to aim correctly. If i change the IR sensitivity on the Wii Settings the cursor will move slower in the control configuration screen but have no effect in the actual game.

How can i adjust correctly the cursor speed when using keyboard?
