UPDATE: I have now gotten Dolphin to recognize vJoy, but only the physical controls, not the motion ones. If anyone has more advice for that let me know.
Hello! I originally posted this on the subreddit but that place is rather disorganized, and my questions were pretty technical, so no one had an answer. Here it is:
The first one is, how can I get the IR to work properly? I have it mapped to a controller analog stick, and even though it moves properly it's unable to reach the very edges or top of the screen. I tried enabling relative movement and changing the length/width/height, which didn't work. Because of this I can't move between pages in the wii menu or select certain settings.
The other one is a bit more unlikely, and might eliminate the need for my first question if someone has an answer.
Has anyone figured out how to get Dolphin to use Joy-Con or Pro Controller gyros? I have the fan made joy-con driver installed via vJoy and my computer recognizes the gyro movements perfectly. The joy-cons also work as regular controllers (other than motion) for Dolphin on their own, but when I add vJoy to the equation Dolphin stops recognizing them.
Apparently you are supposed to go through x360ce? But that program has no options for motion controls... I'm seriously at a loss.
Thanks.
