Will there be the Japanese IPL for GameCube?
I'm playing japanese games and they show weird characters.
I know a lot of people that also play japanese games and that happens on their PCs too.
Is there any configuration that can fix it or will it be fixed only releasing Japanese System Language for GameCube?
Wii System has a lot of languages, but GameCube doesn't.
Could anybody help me with this, please?

You don't need the Japanese IPL, just enable the "NTSC-J" option in Config > Display
