io non ho il caricamento menu wii

Hello everybody (sorry for the bad language but not English) I Dolphin 2.0 and I did not load the wii menu, I do not appear on the tools section.
I also tried to download the menu system. Wad but not charged, remains an open dialog with all black, can you help? I hope you understand me.

Extract a wad from a game, right click and choose install, should work I think.
