I have two PS2-like controllers that I can't set up for the Wii. I just want to use classical controls, but heres the issues:

#1 The plugin seems to auto-set controls, and it inverts the left dialog stick, making most games impossible to play.

#2 It won't let me add a second controller. The Second Wii Controller screen is completely greyed out, however it knows I have a second controller because it shows in the drop-down menu on the first screen.

Inverted Analog stick and can't add 2nd controller. Can you guys help?

So you can't play wii with two people? I just want to emulate my gamepads into the 'classical' controllers.

Yeah and i still let me change the keys, however I found that its using the gamecube control settings for some bizaare reason. Which works on a few games atleast but I doubt all.

I just tried and some games flat out won't let me use controls. Is the only alternative to use xpadding like someone recommended?

well if you're running a gamecube game then sure it will use the gamecube controls, but the classic controller check box in the wiimote plugin is only for the wii games that use the classic controller Smile

I'm trying to play Wii games and can't get it to work with my ps-2 like gamepad. The buttons won't map to the wiimote tab (even with classic controller enabled)

Use Xpadder or just use both controllers as Gamecube controllers. Some games (Brawl as an example) support Gamecube controllers.
