Have you verified your game dump and tried the latest dev version of dolphin?

Please post your MD5 hash

Right click on the game in dolphin's gamelist > Properties > Info tab > Calculate MD5 > Copy and paste the result here.

Also try the latest development build.

Your game dump is corrupt which is causing this issue.
