I use Dolphin v5.0-5667, DX11 renderer, hybrid ubershader.

Today I was playing Mario Kart Wii (NTSC) and after about 15min. I get the following error:

After clicking OK I could play on, but like 5 minutes later a similar error raised its ugly head.

What's going on?

ps. I know turning off panic handlers makes the error not appear.. but something's not right.. right?
CPU: Intel 3570k with Corsair H60 watercooler @4.1ghz
GPU: Nvidia Asus GTX780 @1140/6600
PSU: Corsair 750W
RAM: Corsair 8gig DDR3-1600
MOBO: Asrock Z68m ITX
HDD: 500gb SSD EVO
CASE: Lian-Li PC-Q08 mini-ITX case
OS: Windows 7 x64

I use a fully configured emulator frontend (Maximus Arcade) to play every console & arcade game instantly

If it's D3D only, then it's likely some kind of EFB Access issue.

If it happens on OpenGL and Vulkan as well, then it's likely something else. Without knowing how it reacts on the other backends I can't really speculate yet.
