Invalid ISO?

Hi guys, ive got a problem. I have an Sonic colours ido on computer, but when i try to play it, it writes tha Sonic colours iso is an invalid iso?
What i have to do with it?

Is the size 4589824KB and the extension .iso?

I am not a pirat! MY friend did that with my Sonic colours game, he gave that into an computer and extracted it........ and i dont know, what he did with it Sad
