Bug
Dear Dolphin Community,

i've got a little problem with Dolphin on my notebook: when I enable Gecko Codes downloaded from WiiRD Base and try to boot games (tested with Mario Kart Wii and New Super Mario) the CPU Emulator Engine changes to the Interpreter64 when the rendering window opens and the game doesn't load - or loading VERY slowly. Stopping emulation crashes Dolphin, but when I check the preferences, the JIT-Recompiler is chosen (by default, I didn't change anything).
Choosing JITIL solves the problem in older 3.5-xxx revisions (which is not a real solution because the more stable JIT isn't selectable at all), but with newer revisions this 'solution' doesn't work anymore, Interpreter64 is active all the time when Gecko-Codes are enabled.
Used version: 3.5-1307 x64, if it is neccessary you can read my notebook specs in my profile.
Thanks a lot, especially for Dolphin itself!

Kevin

that strange, that did happen with me with my old laptop which i no longer use, but surprisingly it was with the 3.0 series. I think your cpu is a bit weak to get everything loaded without having an issue, i use a intel i3 3225 and games boot up in 3 seconds

Yes, i know it's not the best one, but when no code is enabled, it runs on a normal level, let's say it is ok.
I think there has to be another thing that let's dolphin change the engine...
Does somebody else know this problem?

EDIT: Ok i have to correct myself, with JITIL Gecko Codes are working... So maybe a developer knows a solution?
EDIT2: A workaround of the problem would be starting the game and then use the cheat manager to inject gecko codes...
